Sam gets attacked by Dr. Ellicott's spirit and then shoots Dean in the chest with a rock salt blast. Ouch! There's more to this scene of course, which I'll post next time. ;)

If I remember correctly, that scene (and what follows after the last cap here) was pretty much the first in the show that really had me on the edge. For some reasons, asylums give me the creeps on a general basis, but this one here definitely takes the lead. And then they go and give us a scene like that, full with unadulterated hurt, raw emotions and dealing with issues. GAH!! And our boys are so knocking it all out of the park with their acting!
