2x01: Dean almost dies

The hospital staff trying to save Dean as Sam watches from the hallway. We finally get to see the 2 large cuts across Dean's torso where Azazel tore into him during "Devil's Trap". Luckily, Dean's heart beats again and Sam breathes a sigh of relief and somehow senses Dean's spirit.
