This time we jump to the Season 4 premiere and Dean all dirty and scrapped up from climbing out of his own grave. We've got a brief look at him in hell, the handprint on his shoulder from Castiel, bloody knuckles, surviving Castiel's "voice", and cutting himself with a silver knife to prove to Bobby that he wasn't a shapeshifter.
